Right now in Mandalay, Myanmar, animals are suffering in the aftermath of a devastating earthquake—and they need our help.

On March 28, 2025, a massive earthquake struck Myanmar. The devastation is overwhelming—and for the animals, the loss is almost too great to comprehend. Injuries and deaths are expected to reach into the tens or even hundreds of thousands. Many have no one left to look after them.

Let’s Save The Strays International has launched an urgent earthquake relief fundraiser, led by local 6th grader Shrey Bhatia, who is stepping up in a big way for his community service project.

Shrey is raising funds to provide emergency medical care, food, and clean drinking water for animals on the ground in Mandalay—our largest and most active project zone. These are not luxuries—they are the difference between life and death. Starvation cannot wait. Infection cannot wait. We are the only organization there. And we are doing everything we can—but we cannot do it alone.

Shrey, a young changemaker from our own community, has chosen to act—and now we’re asking you to join him.

How You Can Make an Immediate Impact:

  • ❤️ Donate Now: Click here to support Shrey’s fundraiser. Every dollar brings food, clean water, and lifesaving care to animals who need it most.
  • 📣 Spread the Word: Share Shrey’s fundraiser with friends, family, and neighbors. The more people we reach, the more animals we can help.
  • 🐾 Stand with Mandalay’s Strays: Your support means everything to the animals who have no one else.

The animals of Mandalay are counting on us. This is not just a fundraiser—this is a lifeline.

Let’s show them that even in disaster, compassion wins.
