Our Impact
LSTSI measures success not only by the number of animals treated, but also by long-term improvements in animal welfare, public health, veterinary capacity, and community engagement. Through data collection, population surveys, and locally led programs, we track our progress and the lasting impact of our work in the communities we serve.

How We Track It
Measuring Progress
LSTSI measures impact across all three pillars through data collection, population surveys, and ongoing community engagement. Using the Talea app through the International Companion Animal Management Coalition (ICAM), our teams monitor sterilization and vaccination rates and track long-term changes in the communities where we work. To date, surveyed communities have achieved average sterilization and vaccination rates of approximately 80 percent.
In surveyed communities across Mandalay and Yangon.
